AGM

Hullo everybody! We held our AGM on the 26th April at John and Sharon Trew's house. Thanks to you both for a pleasant afternoon,especially the coffee, tea and cookies! We had lively discussions over many subjects and voted many items into being. With the result that we will have a 30 Pearson joining us in the near future. After the meeting, many of us met at the Galaxy Gardens to enjoy a meal together. The meal was good and the conversation was pleasant and relaxed, with the exception of some of the Commodores' jokes! Sorry! As you probably know, Steve and Luksana are on their way South. After a few glitches, they arrived in Port Hardy. The next couple to leave are Marty and Mae. They plan to take a year off and go cruising! Good for them! We will miss them both, they were both a valuable asset to this association. The new people coming in are the Williston family from Smithers. Patrick and Paula and their two young daughters, Wren and Chloe. Their vessel is named "Ursa Minor". We will update when they actually arrive and welcome them then. For now, stay safe and help each other out, Cheers, Dave.

Welcome Footloose

On November 18th, this year, the crew of "Footloose" moved onto our dock, including their three dogs! Please join me in welcoming these, allthough new members, have been winter racing with us for a while, albeit on their other boat, the "Perri Perri". Which boat gave stiff competition to our racers! We will have to see how "Footloose" does in comparison. Doug and Debbie have also contributed to some of our BBQ's and I remember Debbie's BBQ pork, with relish! Let us hope that we will see a lot of them in our races and also our cruises, to say nothing of our BBQ''s, roll on the BBQ pork! Dave Anderson. Commodore NCSA.
