Comments/Commentaires : Dear Sir, as a Canadian citizen and ex-serviceman I demand that I have access to fish halibut as a food fish without having to buy an allocation from a businessman! Our salmon are getting scarcer because of lice and disease from foreignly owned fish farms and now you allow businessmen to charge me for halibut! Unheard of! I think there should be a complete overhaul of the mandate of the DFO, they are certainly not protecting our fish or our fishing interests! I dislike people that rant, but I can see why they do! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, DM Anderson.
